1. General

Use of convert.lior-ai.com (“the Site”) is governed by these terms of use. Entering and using the Site constitutes full acceptance of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The service

The Site offers a set of free conversion and calculation tools for money, business and real estate, in Hebrew, English, Russian and Arabic, including:

• Net / gross salary calculator.
• Pension calculator.
• Mortgage calculator.
• Purchase tax calculator.
• Capital gains tax calculator.
• Real estate ROI calculator.
• Household and business budget calculators.
• Moving cost calculator.

The tools are intended for indicative calculation only. They do not replace professional advice, an official survey by a licensed surveyor, a valuer’s opinion, or a formal offer from a bank.

3. Limitation of liability

• Do not rely on the output of the tools for official property transactions, signing mortgage agreements, Land Registry filings, legal proceedings, binding tax calculations, or any other purpose requiring official accuracy.
• The mortgage calculator is a general calculation tool. Its output is not a loan offer, financial advice, or a commitment by any bank.
• The tax calculators are based on the rates in force at the date shown on each page. Rates and legislation change; verify with the Israel Tax Authority.
• Exchange rates are sourced from the ECB and may lag actual bank rates.
• lior_Ai is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the tools, reliance on their output, or unavailability of the Site.
• lior_Ai’s aggregate liability in the event of a claim will not exceed ILS 0, as the service is provided free of charge and without undertaking.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, the logo and the names “lior_Ai” and “lior_Ai Converters” are the exclusive property of lior_Ai. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, duplicate, distribute, publish, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Site without prior written consent.

5. Permitted and prohibited use

Permitted

• Personal use of the tools for private calculations.
• Commercial use by estate agents, brokers, mortgage advisers and similar professionals in the course of their day-to-day work.
• Sharing links to the Site on social networks and in professional groups.

Prohibited

• Embedding the tools in other sites without written consent.
• Automated scraping, crawling or bulk downloading of content.
• Attempting to damage the Site, overload its servers or circumvent security mechanisms.
• Using the tools for unlawful or misleading purposes.
• Creating a false impression that the Site is affiliated with a bank, a government body or an official authority.

6. Advertising and external links

The Site may contain links to external sites, including lior-ai.com and related services. lior_Ai is not responsible for the content, reliability or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Changes to the service

lior_Ai may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Change, add, remove or update tools and content on the Site.
• Update these terms — continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• Suspend or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, without obligation to the user.
• Block users who breach these terms.

8. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms of use.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms of use, and any dispute arising from them, are governed exclusively by the law of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
